Let's get this year off to a great start by getting you grant ready! We are so excited to welcome Tierra Jones back to our COC Live Sessions! She will be telling us more about her online platform "The Nonprofit Development Hub" and answering questions on the grant writing process!

Tierra Jones was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa, where she was educated through the Philadelphia school system. She currently holds a B.A Degree from Pennsylvania State University and M.S degree with a concentration in Nonprofit Development, Global leadership & Technology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Tierra Jones.

Tierra Jones founded non-Profit organization A.T.T.R.A.C.T Philly in 2010. A thriving mentoring program for low-income and disadvantage communities in Philadelphia, Pa. Since then, Ms. Jones has worked with countless nonprofit organizations to assist with development and implementing strategic plans that benefit the lives of others in need. Tierra’s knowledge of service started long before she was awarded any degrees. Ms. Jones grew up in a neighborhood where college was not the topic of conversation, but she knew that her education was the ticket out.

Utilizing the skills and knowledge gained from grassroot experience, Ms. Jones successfully implemented ten successful programs through A.T.T.R.A.C.T, all of which supports low-income communities. Due to her efforts, Ms. Jones was recently named 2019’s Community Quarterback from Philadelphia’s very own Philadelphia Eagles and Santander Bank USA. The positive response and evitable need gave Tierra the motivation to build such a strong legacy in promoting education. Ms. Jones have received countless awards for serving the North Philadelphia community and continues to push the limits in support of the youth.

Most recently, Ms. Jones launched Tierra Jones LLC, a full-service consulting agency serving non-profit leaders and community organizations. Over the past 10 years, Ms. Jones has been hired to consult for various nonprofit fundraisers, community events and currently oversees a 2.1-million-dollar funding portfolio.
