COLLABORATION OVER COMPETITION
MISSION & HISTORY.
Collaboration Over Competition is a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded in the state of Pennsylvania in January of 2021. The organization seeks through its mission to identify women professionals and entrepreneurs across a multitude of industries; connecting them to business mentors within the Collaboration Over Competition network. COC serves as a business resource to bring positive exposure, networking opportunities, and support to women businesses owners in the tristate.
Collaboration Over Competition helps small business owners as they navigate within their respective fields. COC is an ideal community for first time entrepreneurs; recognizing that the road to successful commerce can be overwhelming. The organization seeks to highlight best practices to help women break the cycle of intergenerational consequences including criminal behavior, poverty, mental health issues.
